Yes this is possible. It's always best if the pets are in the same photo but our artists are able to work with multiple photos to create your masterpiece. If you leave some detailed design notes it will help us work efficiently to make sure the design is to your standards!

We can do pet and owner drawings together, but we find our artwork to be most effective showcasing just your pet as a powerful single line drawing on their own.

If you follow our photo guidelines you'll have the best chance at producing the best artwork.

Here are some more helpful tips:

- Make sure the photo is taken in good lighting.
- Try to take the photo at eye level with your pet.
- Make sure the photo isn't blurry.
- Make sure no features are out of frame. (e.g. ears, feet, tail).

If there are any issues with the photo provided our team will let you know and work swiftly to help improve the quality.

This won't matter so long as nothing is obstructing the view of your pet. We mostly focus on the form, shape, and drawing the personality of your pet so if that is on display clearly we're good to go!

Each artwork is crafted from scratch, from the hands and expertise of talented artists. We don’t use templates as we know each pet is unique and deserves the very best. This journey was propelled by our true love of art, and we want to share that with you.

You can change your order within 24 hours of placing it. We cannot guarantee an order placed more than 24 hours ago can be changed.

We will try our best to accomodate any additions or removals. Our artists are super talented so please leave any design notes as part of your order. We generally like to keep things very minimal which makes the artwork even more powerful. So removal of certain elements is our specialty.

We use a 'white wrap' canvas technique on the majority of our prints. Meaning the design and background colour only appear on the front face of the canvas. The sides of the canvas will remain white on most prints, however there are some design exceptions. This is a technique we believe best fits our modern approach to pet portraiture and gallery quality artwork.

Absolutely fine. Our artist can work with any photo so long as there is good quality lighting. This will help capture all the details, the shape and form of your pet. The more detail we can see the easier it will be to bring out their true personality.

We always try and get the most up to date and cheapest shipping price. Therefore, we use live shipping rates which are shown at checkout.

We don't offer express shipping as delays are a given around Christmas time regardless of shipping selected.
